From working with Med Spas, Regenerative Medicine, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, and Wellness clinics nationwide, Morgan applies her experience in healthcare technology, project management, product development, global supply chain management, and operations business consulting to ensure no detail is missed and no opportunity is left on the table. She earned her MBA, Focus in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and previously led enterprise healthcare initiatives at GE Healthcare, managing multimillion-dollar projects across two of the largest health systems in Georgia. Over the course of her career, Morgan successfully implemented 834 national projects totaling $100.8 Million in revenue, leading the full project management lifecycle of connected patient monitoring systems, maternal infant care, anesthesia, and diagnostic cardiology devices. Her work also included infrastructure upgrades, SaaS and software deployments, MUSE and telemetry installations, and virtual gateway rollouts along with resource management across commercial, finance, product, supply chain, construction, networking, engineering, contractors, and clinical teams simultaneously.

Morgan is known for her operational sharpness and ability to spot inefficiencies in complex, fast-paced environments. She’s passionate about building streamlined, scalable workflows, incorporating automation and AI tools, and leveraging vendor partnerships to reduce the administrative burden for providers. Her clients trust her to not only solve unique challenges, but to find innovative workarounds when there doesn’t seem to be a clear path forward. While working in a startup supporting MedSpa and wellness clinic owners, she recognized a clear gap in the growing industry: entrepreneurs had vision, yet lacked the operational guidance. The industry's current support model fell short and she knew providers deserved a better solution. Her clients needed practical tools, financial structure, and strategic project management to efficiently implement their business plans. With her business acumen and systems-focused mindset, Morgan launched ClinAdvize. Her professional journey began in law, earning her BA from The Ohio State University and her JD from Capital University. She practiced business, contract, real estate and advanced estate planning law for many years in Ohio before moving into executive leadership positions in several Fortune 500 companies. She brought her talent for team building to Kohl’s, where she led executive recruitment and helped open over 100 stores during its West Coast expansion - hiring more than 450 managers and helping to shape the retailer’s foundational leadership culture while expanding its footprint across the United States. Later at Thomson Reuters, she launched an innovative SaaS legal software suite across an eight-state territory, quickly rising as one of the top-performing sales leaders nationwide. Additionally, she has worked for tech start-ups and also has first-hand experience of what it takes to be a self-employed entrepreneur.

Annaliese’s passion for consulting in the wellness industry was sparked by personal adversity. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and Sjögren’s Syndrome, she experienced firsthand the limitations of conventional medicine and began exploring integrative approaches. That journey deepened her interest in regenerative therapies, wellness technologies and somatic healing.  She completed a three-year certification in Somatic Experiencing under Dr. Peter Levine, and today she incorporates trauma-informed, patient-centered insight into both her consulting and coaching work.

Through Beyond Oxygen Consulting, she built a reputation for translating advanced modalities - like Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy, Cryo Therapy and biotechnology products such as peptides and cellular/exosome therapy - into profitable, compliant, and impactful business models. Clients count on her to bridge the gap between science and strategy while building brands that patients trust. She's known for bridging clinical innovation with business practicality - translating cutting-edge science into compliant, culture-driven business models. As a health advocate, she served on the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society – Southern California, was named Volunteer of the Year, fundraised over $70K, and personally crafted a signature fundraising event, In the Spotlight: OC Trunk Show. Raised in Ohio and a proud Ohio State Buckeye, Annaliese brings a grounded, approachable energy to every client relationship.
