How these policies work together

ClinAdvize works with clinic owners in two ways — through founder-led consulting engagements and through instant-delivery digital products in the shop. Because those two offerings are billed, delivered, and governed differently, we split our legal terms into the four documents above rather than one long page, so you can find the section that actually applies to your purchase.

The Terms of Service set the ground rules for using this website and working with our consulting team, including what we do and don't take responsibility for. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you book a call, submit an intake form, or make a purchase, and how it's used and protected. The Subscription & Cancellation page covers anything billed on a recurring basis — how renewals work, how to pause or cancel, and what happens to access when you do. The Refund Policy covers our final-sale stance on products and services once a purchase is complete.
