Subscriptions & cancellation policy

We offer subscription services that automatically renew every 30 days from the original date of purchase. This policy applies to all subscriptions and digital products.

• Automatic Renewal Subscription: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for another 30 days.
• Billing: The renewal fee for your subscription will be charged to the payment method on file unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or ClinAdvize via written notice within 30 days before your next billing cycle. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and terminate your subscription/service accordingly. Please note that fees already paid are non-refundable (all purchases are final sale), and you will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of the current billing cycle. After the cancellation takes effect, you will no longer be billed for future subscription cycles.
• Pause: You have the option to pause your account status temporarily if you wish to suspend services for a specific period of time. During this pause, you will not be billed and access to our services will be temporarily suspended.
• Renewal: If the duration exceeds 12 months from the date of pause/cancellation, you may incur additional fees. Please contact ClinAdvize at support@clinadvize.com for further assistance.
